Directions for use: place in the microwave with a small cup of water and heat for 1-2 minutes. The water helps the wheat bag from drying out.
Place on your aching joints or muscles and relax. Please take care heating this product. If you smell a burnt smell, the wheat has been burnt and should be thrown away.
It is normal for the wheat bag to feel damp and ensure the product and microwave are clean and dry before use

- 600w - 750w RATING – 1.5 - 2 MINUTES
- 800w - 1000w RATING – 1 - 1.5 MINUTES
Vary the heating times to suit your needs and comfort.
